What would you do? Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned HR Shared Services towers (e.g., Core HR, Talent Acquisition Operations, Case Management, HRIS support)
Ensure SLA / OLA compliance and service stability across geographies
Drive execution of productivity and transformation initiatives within delivery scope
Act as primary delivery interface for client HR Operations stakeholders
Support account-level strategy and transformation roadmap defined by leadership

What are we looking for? .

Knowledge of HCMs like SuccessFactors, Workday and Case mgmt tools like ServiceNow, Zendesk

Good Knowledge of Gen AI & Agentic framework & Practices. Should have some experience in implementing Gen AI/Agentic solutions in HR domain

Professional certifications in HR, project management (e.g., PMP), or technology platforms (e.g., Workday Certified) are advantageous.

Roles and Responsibilities: •1) Account-Level Service Delivery Ownership

Lead delivery of HR Shared Services across: Core HR, Talent Acquisition operations, Case Management, HRIS support,Reporting & analytics, Talent Development etc

Ensure contractual SLA / OLA compliance
Maintain delivery stability across geographies

Act as escalation authority for complex service risks

Accountable for team s performance. Responsibilities include workforce planning, competency building, Succession pipeline & service maturity improvement
  1. Productivity & Commercial Performance Ownership
Deliver committed productivity targets
Drive automation adoption
Optimize pyramid and location strategy
Improve cost-to-serve metrics
Support margin expansion initiatives
Identify revenue expansion opportunities within account
  1. HR Transformation & Automation Leadership

Lead/Support implementation of: RPA / AI / agentic automation

operating model redesign
Translate transformation roadmap into measurable outcomes.
  1. Executive Stakeholder Engagement
Engage regularly with HR Operations leaders, Vendor teams, Clients. Operate as trusted advisor on Service Maturity, Operating model evolution, Priductivity levers, Agentic AI & Digital transformation
  1. Transition & Expansion Governance

Provide leadership across new scope onboarding, geography expansions,service migrations,vendor consolidation initiatives,operating model shifts

Ensure transitions meet: SLA readiness,governance readiness,productivity readiness

  1. Multi-Tower Integration Leadership
Coordinate delivery across different HR processes like Talent Acquisition operations, Core HR lifecycle services, Payroll Admin, Benefits admin etc
Ensure seamless employee experience across services.
  1. Governance & Risk Management
Lead service performance reviews, executive governance forums, transformation tracking forums, risk mitigation planning, compliance readiness etc
Serve as escalation bridge between delivery leadership and client executives.
  1. Leadership of Large Distributed Teams
Manage multiple delivery managers, Tower leads, Regional Teams
Responsibilities include- leadership pipeline development, span-of-control optimization, succession planning & capability building
  1. Data-Driven Performance Management
Sponsor delivery analytics covering SLA adherence, productivity performance, automation penetration, employee experience metrics & cost-to-serve improvements
Translate insights into transformation decisions.
  1. Support prospective/exisiting client Visits and showcase deal s performace/success Stories in those visits
