As the Senior Delivery Leader, you will play a crucial role in leading and scaling our Salesforce practice, working with enterprise clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in owning strategic outcomes, from delivery and growth to financial management.You will have the opportunity to partner directly with our COO and global leadership, shaping the practice's direction and success.
Responsibilities- Build and lead a high-performance culture within the Salesforce practice, setting clear goals and providing coaching and recognition.
- Manage end-to-end delivery for a diverse portfolio, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes and establishing robust delivery governance.
- Jointly lead and grow a large Salesforce practice, encompassing various skills and regions, and build a strong talent pipeline.
- Own the practice's P&L, including revenue, margins, and cost optimization, and drive portfolio health and risk management.
- Engage with C-level clients and provide executive-level leadership, ensuring effective communication and strategic direction.
- Partner closely with the Sales team, contributing to pipeline development, qualification, and solution strategy.
- Lead pre-sales activities, including estimating, solution architecture, and staffing plans, and defend pricing strategies.
- Anticipate market demands and plan strategically to ensure practice growth through relationship management and talent development.
- Shape industry offerings and create differentiated value propositions, staying ahead of the competition.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process, managing risks and maintaining high-quality standards.
- 18-22 years of experience, with at least 10+ years in Salesforce delivery leadership.
- Proven track record of leading and managing a large team (150+ associates) and a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build a high-performance culture.
- Strong business acumen and financial ownership, including P&L management and cost optimization.
- Experience in enterprise delivery governance and C-level stakeholder management.
- Ability to anticipate market trends and develop innovative GTM motions.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with a track record of successful C-level engagements.
- Strong partnership and collaboration skills, especially with Sales and other cross-functional teams.
- Up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and industry best practices.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
