Location: Pune (Hybrid)
Experience: 18–25 Years
Employment Type: Full-time
Required Skills & Experience:
- 12–18 years of experience in software delivery, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong technical background in C++, Java, and cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience delivering AI/ML, data platform, and digital transformation projects
- Proven experience in any or all of the following domains:
- Medical Devices (e.g., connected health, regulatory compliance, embedded systems)
- Industrial Automation (e.g., real-time control, IoT, communication protocols)
- Enterprise Storage (e.g., storage virtualization, file systems, backup solutions)
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD, and modern software practices
- Strong business acumen, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related engineering field
