Job Description- Lead and manage the Key Accounts function nationally/regionally to achieve sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
- Develop and execute long-term key account strategies aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
- Identify, onboard, and nurture strategic accounts including large contractors, institutional clients, real estate groups, hospitality chains, and application partners.
- Drive revenue growth, market penetration, and wallet share across both existing and new key accounts.
- Promote the company's portfolio of sealants, adhesives, and construction chemical solutions through consultative and solution-based selling.
- Understand customer needs and coordinate with technical teams to deliver appropriate solutions, product demonstrations, and on-site trials.
- Lead commercial discussions including high-value negotiations, pricing structures, contracts, and long-term agreements.
- Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Technical, Finance, Marketing, and R&D teams to ensure efficient execution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and market movements to develop effective counter-strategies.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets, collections, margins, and overall profitability across key accounts.
- 3-10 years of experience in Key Account Management or Strategic Sales, ideally managing large institutional or corporate accounts.
- Industry-flexible, with strong potential from FMCG, Chemicals, Building Materials, Construction, Real Estate, Hospitality, or Industrial Products.
- Must have managed high-value key accounts, complex clients, and multi-stakeholder relationships.
- Highly polished corporate presence with excellent communication, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to develop long-term customer relationships.
- Technical understanding of adhesives, sealants, construction chemicals, or building materials is an advantage (training will be provided).
- Proactive, self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with senior leadership.
- Proficient in MS Office, sales reporting, and CRM tools; willing to travel as required.
- A high-impact role directly contributing to the organisation's growth and strategic customer expansion.
