Purpose of Job
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as Manager/Senior Manager – Corporate Alliances & Partnerships, focusing on FASTag acquiring business. The incumbent will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key stakeholders, including the Indian Highways Management Company Limited (IHMCL), Concessionaires, System Integrators and Parking Operators across the assigned region (North & East).The role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in the FASTag acquiring business within the banking sector.
The person would be required to hunt for new opportunities, account onboarding, drive business and subsequently manage operations, daily business interactions as Key Account Manager for those partnerships.

key responsibilities :
- Strategic Partnership Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with IHMCL, NHAI, concessionaires, and parking operators to drive the adoption and expansion of FASTag acquiring services.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the FASTag ecosystem, negotiating and closing deals that align with the bank's strategic objectives.
- Operational Oversight: Ensure seamless integration and operation of FASTag acquiring solutions with partners, coordinating with internal teams to address any issues promptly.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all partnerships and operations comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies, mitigating any associated risks.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge in the FASTag acquiring space.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of partnerships and initiatives, preparing regular reports for senior management to inform decision-making
- Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain effective partnerships.
- Negotiation: Proven ability to negotiate and close complex deals with multiple stakeholders.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends and performance data to inform strategic decisions.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the FASTag acquiring business within the banking sector, with a proven track record of managing similar relationships and a deep understanding of the associated business processes
- Comprehensive understanding of the FASTag ecosystem, including regulatory frameworks, technological requirements, and market dynamics.
- Prior experience in commercial negotiations
- Mandatory B2B/Corporate work experience
- MBA from a recognized institution, with a focus on Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
