Project Manager - Solar Pumps

Experience: 2-4 Years

• Oversee the installation and commissioning of solar pumps, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Handle service calls and resolve complaints within one week to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Manage the existing team effectively while incorporating new members to enhance performance.
• Liaise with government bodies and vendors to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Manage stock levels and warehouse operations to ensure availability of necessary materials.
• Conduct marketing activities related to the project to promote solar pump solutions.
• Must possess a personal bike/vehicle for travel to various project sites.

• Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring all projects are completed within scope and budget constraints.
• Prepare regular progress reports for senior management and stakeholders, highlighting achievements and challenges.
• Foster a collaborative work environment to encourage innovation and efficiency within the team.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in solar technology to enhance project offerings.
