Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Architecture) with a B.Arch qualification to be deployed at site in Noida. The role involves end-to-end execution of architectural and interior projects, ensuring effective site coordination, project control, stakeholder management, and strict adherence to quality, cost, and timelines.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Review and manage architectural drawings, shop drawings, and method statements.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with design intent, specifications, and standards.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage BOQs, budgets, and cost control at site.
• Conduct regular site meetings and prepare detailed progress reports.
• Ensure adherence to safety norms and statutory compliance at site.
• Proactively resolve site issues, design clashes, and execution challenges.
• Liaise with head office design and project teams for effective coordination.

• Strong expertise in site execution and project management
• Experience across commercial / corporate / hospitality / residential projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project / Primavera, and MS Excel
• Good understanding of contracts, billing, and certification processes
• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight project timelines

• B.Arch with extensive site exposure
• Experience handling large-scale architectural/interior projects
• Prior experience in NCR / Gurgaon locations preferred
• Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred
