Job Description
Operations Telesales Manager leads, coaches, and monitors a team of telesales representatives to achieve revenue targets and optimize sales performance. They develop sales strategies, analyze KPIs, manage CRM databases, and ensure high customer satisfaction.Key responsibilities include recruiting, training, and handling escalated calls.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and coach telesales representatives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, analyze sales data, and monitor calls for quality assurance.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales scripts and strategies.
- Operational Support: Manage CRM systems, maintain accurate customer records, and handle escalated customer inquiries.
- Reporting: Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts.
- Experience: Proven experience (often 5+ years) in telesales, telemarketing, or sales management.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), MS Office Suite, and data analysis tools.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Telecom (mobile, internet, voice, and data solutions).
- Insurance (life, health, general).
- BPO/Call Centers (direct/indirect sales).
- Many opportunities in the Gurgaon/Delhi NCR region for roles focusing on lead generation, client handling, and sales closure.
- Salary range can vary widely, with common ranges from 1.5-4.5 Lacs PA depending on experience.
