Job Description- Develop and execute sales strategies for key accounts and regional accounts in the QSR segment within the FMCG industry.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Must have experience in technical sales with QSR accounts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and present account performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while meeting client expectations.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create customized solutions for key accounts.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards in all account management activities.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Key Account Manager (KAM) - West (QSR) should have:
- A strong background in sales and account management within the FMCG industry.
- 8+ years experience in handling key accounts, particularly in the food or QSR segment.
- Must have experience in technical sales.
- Experience in analyzing market trends and developing strategies for business growth.
