Large Assembly Lifecycle Architecture//: Create intricate top//-down or bottom//-up mechanical assemblies, assess moving component envelopes, define exact mate limitations, and carry out interference and collision audits. Production Drawing & GD&T Detailing//: Using rigorous Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing criteria to guarantee structural alignment, create comprehensive 2D manufacturing drawings, projection sheets, and exploded assembly views from 3D assets.
Design//-for//-Manufacturing Optimizations//: Use specific SolidWorks modules such as Sheet Metal, Weldments, and Mold Tools to customize digital designs to fit localized shop//-floor fabrication restrictions. FEA Stress and Deflection Simulations//: Use SolidWorks Simulation tools to carry out basic structural and thermal Finite Element Analysis tests in order to verify safety factors, reduce structural mass, and assess stress locations.
