1. Position: Estimation Engineer

• Experience: 3–4 Years
• Location: Chennai
• Industry: Fire Protection Systems

• Design fire protection and detection systems for Power Plants, Steel Plants, Industrial & Commercial Projects
• Expertise in Fire pump systems ,Hydrant systems (internal & external), MVW & HVW spray systems, Foam systems, Clean agent systems andFire detection systems
• Understand tender and client requirements thoroughly
• Prepare Design BOQ, Cost estimations, Technical and commercial offers
• Ensure timely submission of proposals aligned with technical specifications
• Attend techno-commercial meetings with clients and consultants
• Lead the process from offer submission to order conversion

• 2–3 years of experience in estimation within the Fire Protection industry
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Self-motivated and proactive approach
• Result-oriented with hands-on estimation experience
• Graduate or Diploma in Engineering

1. Position: Design Engineer

• Experience: 3–4 Years
• Location: Chennai
• Industry: Fire Protection Systems

• Independently handle fire protection design projects and lead design teams
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary designers across project phases
• Design fire protection systems for: Power Plants, Oil & Gas Refineries
• Participate in technical review meetings with clients for drawing/document approvals
• Prepare As-built drawings,Operation & Maintenance Manuals

• Able to handle a project individually & able to handle a team
• Coordinating with multi discipline designers
• Very good communication skill
• Knowledge & Experience with PIPENET Software
• Knowledge on International standards like NFPA, OISD, etc.
• Knowledge in Designing Fire Protection System for Power plants, Oil & Gas Refineries, Commercial buildings, etc.
• Attend Technical review meeting with client for review and approval of drawings/documents.
• Preparation of As-built drawings & Operation and Maintenance Manual
