Role Overview

We are looking for a result-driven Business Development Specialist (B2C) who can convert interested parents into paying customers through calls, follow-ups, and personalized guidance.

This role is core to revenue growth you will directly influence enrollments and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound & outbound leads (parents who showed interest)
  • Understand child's learning needs and recommend the right program
  • Convert leads into paid enrollments via calls, WhatsApp, and follow-ups
  • Build trust with parents by explaining learning outcomes and value
  • Maintain and update lead status in CRM
  • Achieve weekly and monthly conversion targets
  • Coordinate with academic/operations team for smooth onboarding
  • Improve conversion by giving feedback on parent objections
Who Should Apply
  • Strong communication skills (English + regional language preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (mandatory)
  • Experience in Edtech sales is preferred - Tamil Speaking Candidate Prefered
  • Confident in handling parent conversations and objections
  • Target-driven and highly motivated
  • Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and sales conversations
  • Passionate about education and helping students grow
  • Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in inside sales / edtech sales / counseling is a plus
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with parents
