Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketing Executive based in Gurugram. The role involves planning and executing performance marketing campaigns, conducting in-depth market research, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies.Additionally, the role includes analyzing campaign performance, generating insights, and implementing data-driven improvements to meet business objectives.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Market Planning and strong strategic planning capabilities
- Expertise in conducting Market Research and analyzing consumer behavior
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in Sales and customer acquisition strategies
- Ability to implement and measure effective Marketing campaigns
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Ads platforms, or CRM software is a plus
- Expert in promoting paid ads on Meta and Youtube and reducing cost of lead generation
