We're looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Executive who is deeply familiar with Meta Ads Manager and can quickly execute, launch, and manage campaigns.
This role is purely operational and execution-focused — ideal for someone who lives inside the Meta Ads panel.
Role Overview
As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of Meta Ads campaigns. This is a hands-on operations role where speed, accuracy, and platform familiarity are critical.
Key Responsibilities:
Meta Ads Operations- Create and launch campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
- Quickly set up campaigns, ad sets, and ads based on briefs
- Manage daily campaign execution and monitoring
- Implement audience targeting, budget allocation, and bidding strategies
- Pause, scale, and optimize campaigns based on performance
- Monitor daily metrics such as CPA, CTR, CPC, and ROAS
- Duplicate campaigns and test variations quickly
- Upload creatives and manage ad variations
- Create multiple ad combinations for testing
- Ensure ads are live and running without delays
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Ability to quickly launch and manage campaigns
- Experience optimizing ROAS, CPA, and budget allocation
- Familiarity with audience targeting, campaign setup, and optimization
- Understanding of key performance metrics (CPT, CTR, CPC, ROAS)
- Experience with D2C / eCommerce brands preferred
- Strong execution mindset
- Fast and efficient campaign setup
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Deep familiarity with the Meta Ads panel
- Has worked extensively inside Meta Ads Manager
- Enjoys execution more than strategy
