As we continue to scale, we're looking for a Sales Manager who can build strong teams,

drive revenue with empathy, and create high-performance sales cultures.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing and mentoring

a team of counsellors/sales executives, and ensuring an exceptional student experience.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution—ideal for someone who thrives in

fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and drive sales targets across monthly, quarterly, and annual timelines,
ensuring consistent revenue growth.
  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales counsellors/executives, driving
performance through regular reviews, feedback, and capability-building.
  • Track and analyse sales metrics including leads, conversions, closures, and revenue
to enable data-driven decisions and accurate forecasting.
  • Design and execute effective sales strategies to improve funnel efficiency and
conversion rates.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to enhance lead
quality, streamline processes, and improve the overall student journey.
  • Ensure strong CRM hygiene, reporting accuracy, and pipeline visibility at all times.
  • Uphold a consultative, student-first selling approach while managing escalations and
ensuring high levels of student satisfaction and retention.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and ramp-up of new team members while fostering a

high-performance, accountability-driven team culture.

What We're Looking For

Must-Have
  • 5–8 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience managing and scaling Edtech sales teams.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with hands-on CRM experience.
Good to Have
  • Experience in EdTech, Study Abroad, Education, or Services-led businesses.
  • Exposure to high-volume inside sales teams.
  • Experience working in fast-scaling startups.
