As we continue to scale, we're looking for a Sales Manager who can build strong teams,drive revenue with empathy, and create high-performance sales cultures.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing and mentoring
a team of counsellors/sales executives, and ensuring an exceptional student experience.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution—ideal for someone who thrives in
fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Key Responsibilities- Own and drive sales targets across monthly, quarterly, and annual timelines,
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales counsellors/executives, driving
- Track and analyse sales metrics including leads, conversions, closures, and revenue
- Design and execute effective sales strategies to improve funnel efficiency and
- Partner closely with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to enhance lead
- Ensure strong CRM hygiene, reporting accuracy, and pipeline visibility at all times.
- Uphold a consultative, student-first selling approach while managing escalations and
- Support hiring, onboarding, and ramp-up of new team members while fostering a
high-performance, accountability-driven team culture.
What We're Looking For
Must-Have- 5–8 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
- At least 2–3 years of experience managing and scaling Edtech sales teams.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with hands-on CRM experience.
- Experience in EdTech, Study Abroad, Education, or Services-led businesses.
- Exposure to high-volume inside sales teams.
- Experience working in fast-scaling startups.
