Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced, high-energy Sales/Account Manager to join our team, specializing in selling high-value IT services to Global Capability Centers (GCCs) across India. The successful candidate will drive revenue growth by focusing on solutions built around cutting-edge, cloud-native technologies, including Cloud, AI, Data, and Automation.

This is a critical role for a sales professional with a proven track record in client relationship management and exceeding significant sales targets within the GCC ecosystem.

Mode of Work: Full time

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development

Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies to drive revenue growth for our IT services portfolio, with a focus on retail and healthcare clients.

Consistently meet or exceed annual sales targets of $1M - $2M, managing a balanced pipeline of new customer acquisition and strategic growth within existing accounts.
Create and execute detailed customer mapping and outreach plans to identify, qualify, and penetrate new market segments within the GCC space.
  • Customer Relationship Management
Identify, establish, and cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across GCC entities in India.
Act as the primary interface, understanding client business challenges and aligning them with our technology solutions.
  • Technical & Market Leadership

Serve as a subject matter expert on our core service offerings (Cloud, AI, Data, Automation).

Prepare and deliver compelling, customized presentations and proposals to prospective and existing clients.

Collaborate internally with Pre-Sales and Delivery teams to ensure seamless service alignment and delivery.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of overall professional experience, with at least 5 years in a direct sales, business development, or account manager within the IT services industry.
  • Proven expertise in selling technology solutions related to Cloud, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data Analytics, and Automation technologies.
  • A verifiable track record of managing and consistently achieving significant sales targets ($1M+ annual quota).
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and articulation skills, particularly in presenting complex technical solutions to executive-level audiences.

Good To Have Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in selling specifically to GCC entities (Global Capability Centers) in India is highly preferred.
  • Experience in the Retail and/or Healthcare industry sectors is a significant advantage.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
