They analyze customer data and web traffic to maximize conversion rates and brand growth.Core ResponsibilitiesPlatform Management: Optimize website functionality, user experience (UX), and mobile responsiveness to drive customer retention.Digital Marketing: Execute SEO/SEM strategies, email campaigns, and paid ads to increase organic and paid traffic.Merchandising & Content: Oversee product listings, high-quality descriptions, and digital assets.Inventory & Fulfillment: Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure accurate stock levels and timely order delivery.Data Analytics: Monitor KPIs such as bounce rate, conversion rate, and customer acquisition cost (CAC), and generate actionable insights.Key QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience: 2–5+ years in digital marketing, online merchandising, or e-commerce operations (handling platforms like Shopify, Magento, or Amazon).Technical Skills: Familiarity with Google Analytics, CRM software, and SEO tools.Soft Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, problem-solving skills, and cross-functional communication.
