We are seeking a motivated Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will provide excellent technical support to our customers, helping them resolve issues and ensuring a positive experience with our products.

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues for clients.
• Document and maintain records of customer interactions and technical issues.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
• Develop and maintain knowledge base articles for common issues and solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and networking concepts.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Qualification: Any Degree/ Any Graduate

Package - 3.5 - 4 LPA

Location- Chennai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad
