Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers via email, phone, or chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to software and hardware.

  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Assist in the testing and quality assurance of new software releases.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux, MacOS).
  • Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple tasks.
