Role Overview

We are hiring experienced Field Operations Executives who will be our company's face at industrial and commercial sites across Nagpur and surrounding districts (Wardha, Chandrapur, Amravati, Akola, Yavatmal, Gondia, Bhandara, and beyond).

Your job is to manage data collection operations on the ground — this involves deploying and maintaining recording equipment at client sites, building working relationships with factory owners and site managers, ensuring collection runs smoothly on schedule, and transporting collected data back to our office.

This is not a desk job. You will be on the road daily, visiting multiple industrial sites, solving problems on the spot, and making sure our operations run without gaps. We need people who are comfortable in factory and industrial environments, can hold professional conversations with business owners, and are sharp enough to quickly learn new technology and processes.

• Visit assigned factories, warehouses, manufacturing units, and commercial sites on a fixed 2-3 times/week schedule
• Set up and maintain camera/recording equipment at client locations — full training will be provided, but you need to be a fast learner with technology
• Build and maintain professional relationships with site owners, factory managers, and floor supervisors — you are the first point of contact for the client on the ground
• Ensure recording equipment is functioning correctly at each visit: check power supply, camera positioning, recording status, and resolve any on-site issues
• Collect SD cards with recorded data, transport them securely to the Nagpur office, and carry fresh SD cards back to sites on the next visit
• Maintain a daily log of all site visits, equipment status, data collected, and any issues or observations
• Coordinate with the office data processing team on SD card handoff and schedules
• Report any site-level problems — equipment damage, access issues, client concerns — to the Operations Manager immediately
• Assist in onboarding new sites: conduct initial site surveys, identify optimal camera placement points, and coordinate setup logistics

• 3-7 years of field experience in industrial sales, B2B sales, FMCG distribution, telecom site operations, industrial equipment servicing, pharma field sales, or any role that involved regular visits to factories, industrial areas, or commercial establishments
• Comfortable in industrial/factory environments — you've spent time on factory floors, in warehouse yards, and in small-town industrial areas across Vidarbha and know how things work
• Strong communication in Hindi and Marathi — you can walk into a factory owner's cabin, explain what we do in simple terms, handle their concerns, and maintain a professional relationship over time
• Own two-wheeler with valid driving license — daily travel is a core part of this role
• Willingness to travel extensively within Nagpur city and up to 200 km radius across the Vidarbha region
• Reliable and self-driven — you will often be working independently at remote sites; we need people who show up on time, follow the process, and don't need constant supervision
• Quick learner with technology — you don't need to be an engineer, but you should be comfortable learning to operate cameras, handle SD cards, use a smartphone app for reporting, and troubleshoot basic equipment issues after training

• Experience in roles where you managed a geographic territory or a set of client accounts independently
• Prior exposure to technology products, IT hardware, surveillance/CCTV systems, or any equipment installation/servicing roles
• Basic familiarity with computers and smartphones beyond phone calls and WhatsApp
• Experience working in or selling to manufacturing, logistics, or industrial sectors specifically

• ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 monthly salary (travel allowance included)
