Operations Head Job Description

Reporting To: Director / Business Head

Role Overview:

The candidate should be flexible to travel extensively and willing to relocate anywhere as per business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead overall dealership operations including Sales Support, Service, Spares, and Administration
• Ensure smooth functioning of multiple locations across Maharashtra
• Drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and profitability
• Implement and monitor SOPs as per OEM (BharatBenz) standards
• Manage service operations for heavy commercial vehicles (HCVs) ensuring high uptime and customer satisfaction
• Oversee spare parts inventory, procurement, and cost optimization
• Ensure strict compliance with statutory, audit, and company policies
• Monitor KPIs such as turnaround time, service quality, and cost efficiency
• Coordinate closely with OEM representatives and internal stakeholders
• Lead, train, and mentor cross-functional teams across locations
• Handle escalations and ensure strong customer relationship management

Key Requirements:

• Graduate / Postgraduate (Engineering or Management preferred)
• 1018 years of experience in automobile dealership operations
• Strong hands-on experience with Heavy Commercial Vehicles (HCVs)
• Prior Experience In BharatBenz / Commercial Vehicle Dealership Preferred
• Proven experience in handling multi-location operations
• Willingness to travel (15 days Aurangabad & 15 days Nagpur) and relocate anywhere in Maharashtra
