About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, commercially driven Key Account Manager to own and grow Meolaa's presence across e-commerce and quick commerce platforms. This is a revenue-ownership role you will manage key marketplace relationships, drive visibility and sales, and ensure our brands punch above their weight on every platform we operate on.If you know the levers that move the needle on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and Zepto and you know how to pull them this role is for you.
What You'll Own
Account Management
Own relationships with key e-commerce and quick commerce platform partners Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and others
Be the primary point of contact for platform teams buyers, category managers, and key account teams
Negotiate trading terms, visibility packages, promotional calendars, and commercial agreements
Ensure Meolaa brands are always in the right position on the right platform at the right time
Revenue & Growth
Own the topline for assigned accounts revenue targets, growth plans, and monthly performance
Identify and activate growth levers search visibility, sponsored placements, deals, and bundling
Drive share of shelf and share of search across categories and platforms
Build and execute platform-specific joint business plans (JBPs)
Operations & Supply
Work closely with supply chain and operations teams to ensure consistent availability and fill rates
Own cataloguing, content health, and listing quality across all platforms
Monitor and resolve operational issues returns, penalties, suppressed listings, and SLA breaches
Track platform-level inventory and coordinate replenishment proactively
Analytics & Reporting
Own platform dashboards sales, visibility, conversion, and profitability metrics
Analyse performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
Present weekly and monthly account reviews with clear insights and action plans
Track competitor activity on platforms and flag risks and opportunities early
Who You Are
4–8 years of experience in key account management, with strong exposure to e-commerce and/or quick commerce
Has directly managed accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, or major q-comm platforms not just supported
Deep understanding of platform mechanics search algorithms, sponsored ads, deals, and cataloguing
Strong negotiation skills comfortable holding your ground with platform teams
Analytical you live in dashboards and know what the numbers are telling you
Highly organised with strong follow-through account management is detail work
Prior experience in D2C, FMCG, beauty, or personal care is a strong plus
