We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in providing technical support for desktop environments. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting users with technical problems, and ensuring smooth operation of desktop systems.

• Provide technical support for desktop hardware and software issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to operating systems, applications, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers and related equipment.
• Assist in the setup of new user accounts and profiles, including email and network access.
• Maintain inventory of desktop hardware and software licenses.
• Document and track support requests and resolutions using ticketing systems.
• Train users on new technologies and best practices for using software and hardware.

• 1-2 years of experience in desktop support or a related field.
• Proficient in Windows and Mac OS environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and common business applications.
• Familiarity with hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
• Basic networking knowledge and experience with TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with users.
