• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop systems and peripherals.
• Respond to support tickets and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
• Assist in the setup and configuration of new workstations and user accounts.
• Conduct regular maintenance and updates on systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Document all support activities and solutions provided.

• Proficient in Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
• Familiarity with common desktop applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of hardware components and their functionalities.
