We are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to join our team immediately. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates eager to start their career in IT support. The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical assistance to users, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal performance of desktop systems.

• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.
• Assist with the deployment of software applications and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
• Educate users on best practices for using IT resources.

• Strong understanding of computer hardware and software systems.
• Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting methods.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory and user account management.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Qualification: Any Degree/ Any Graduate
