Delivery Manager

Job Description

Portfolio Management:

• Manage and oversee the delivery of projects within the $10 million portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations.
• Monitor and control portfolio performance, including budget, timelines, and quality metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement and optimize delivery processes across the portfolio.

Client Delivery:

• Ensure high-quality delivery of services and solutions to clients, meeting or exceeding agreed-upon SLAs and KPIs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and long-term collaboration.

Stakeholder Management:

• Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align delivery strategies with organizational goals.
• Facilitate regular communication and reporting to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts effectively.

Operations Management:

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth execution of delivery activities.
• Implement and monitor operational processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Leadership & Team Management:

• Lead and mentor delivery teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring professional growth and development.
• Manage resource allocation and capacity planning to meet delivery demands.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing portfolios of similar size
• Strong expertise in client delivery, stakeholder management, and operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive results in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with the financial services sector is a plus
• Flexibility to work from the client's office two to three days a week.
