Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for real estate sales roles. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, a deep understanding of sales profiles, and the ability to identify candidates who thrive in target-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for real estate sales positions (e.g., Sales Executives, Relationship Managers, Channel Sales).
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Evaluate candidates based on sales aptitude, communication skills, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and reports.
  • Build a strong pipeline of sales talent for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with business teams to understand hiring requirements and timelines.
  • Negotiate offers and follow up with candidates until onboarding.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in bulk hiring or sales recruitment (real estate experience is a strong advantage).
  • Strong understanding of sales profiles and hiring metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in using job portals and ATS systems.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in real estate or BFSI sales hiring.
  • Strong networking and headhunting abilities.
  • Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
