Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for real estate sales roles. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, a deep understanding of sales profiles, and the ability to identify candidates who thrive in target-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle recruitment for real estate sales positions (e.g., Sales Executives, Relationship Managers, Channel Sales).
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Evaluate candidates based on sales aptitude, communication skills, and cultural fit.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and reports.
- Build a strong pipeline of sales talent for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand hiring requirements and timelines.
- Negotiate offers and follow up with candidates until onboarding.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in bulk hiring or sales recruitment (real estate experience is a strong advantage).
- Strong understanding of sales profiles and hiring metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in using job portals and ATS systems.
- Experience in real estate or BFSI sales hiring.
- Strong networking and headhunting abilities.
- Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
