Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot complex issues.
Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future reference.
Assist in the implementation of system updates and enhancements to improve performance and reliability.
Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve software issues effectively.
Experience in monitoring and maintaining business-critical applications.
Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with data integration and reporting processes within business intelligence environments.
Capability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
This position is based at our Mumbai office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
