Summary:As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in L2 support. Your role will require a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement in software design and functionality.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Perform L2 support and coordinate with L3 team
- Work in rotational shifts mainly covering Shift B (14:30 PM – 23.30 PM IST)
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Detect, triage failures, analyze problems, implement solutions, and enhance system performance
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- Strong understanding of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
- The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
- Work is Shift B (14:30 PM – 23.30 PM IST)
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
