Job Summary
The International Sales Marketing Executive will support the companys global business development efforts by identifying new international customers, maintaining existing client relationships, coordinating export documentation, and assisting in marketing and promotional activities for pharmaceutical products.The role focuses on expanding the companys presence in overseas markets while ensuring compliance with international trade and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new international business opportunities through distributors and direct clients in the pharma, nutraceutical, cosmetic, and food supplement sectors.
- Conduct market research to support market expansion of untapped countries.
- Handle international client communications through emails, prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and manage correspondence.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order execution.
- Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and virtual business meetings to promote our company product portfolio.
- Maintain and update customer databases, track inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with overseas clients.
- Bachelors or Masters degree (Any) Pharmacy, Science or International Trade will be an added
- 15 years of experience in international sales, marketing or export in any pharmaceutical, healthcare or manufacturing company.
- Strong communication (verbal/written), negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and basic digital marketing tools.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple departments.
- Fluency in English is must, knowledge of another foreign language will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel internationally as an when required.
