Senior Manager - Media Sales

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Senior Manager Media Sales to support and grow our presence in the India market. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, with the ability to drive revenue through performance-led solutions and build strong client relationships.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across mobile, web, and programmatic advertising
• Support market expansion by tapping into emerging digital trends and opportunities
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics

• Build and manage relationships with leading media agencies such as GroupM, Dentsu, Publicis, IPG Media Brands, and OMD
• Drive partnerships with key advertisers across sectors like e-commerce, fintech, OTT, gaming, and D2C brands
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
• Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets

• Social Media Advertising

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and agencies
• Ensure high client satisfaction and retention through consultative selling
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective campaign solutions

• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular updates on progress
• Share insights on market trends, client feedback, and competition

• 3+ years of experience in media sales / digital advertising / business development
• Strong understanding of the Indian digital advertising ecosystem
• Existing relationships with media agencies and/or direct clients is a plus
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
