- Ph.D. in Management or a related field from a recognized university.
- Proven track record of 20-28 years in academic leadership or management education.
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals and conferences.
- Experience in curriculum development and innovative teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team of faculty and staff.
- Knowledge of current trends in management education and industry requirements.
- Should be from top 50 NIRF recognized university preferred.
