Key Account Manager – OHT– Gurugram – 8+Years

The role requires expertise in key account management, channel development, market penetration, and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities
  1. Identifying new business opportunities and sales avenues to achieve market share and revenue targets.
  2. Developing and expanding OHT sales and channel networks across assigned territories.
  3. Managing key earthmover, industrial, infrastructure accounts, and distributor relationships.
  4. Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to drive business growth.
  5. Planning, coordinating, and controlling sales and service activities within the region.
  6. Conducting site studies and performance evaluations to recommend suitable products and solutions.
  7. Driving market penetration initiatives to enhance product reach and customer acquisition.
  8. Maintaining high standards of after-sales service and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  1. 7 years of experience in Sales, Service, or Maintenance within Mining, OHT, or Construction Equipment industries.
  2. Exposure to Mining operations and customer management.
  3. Experience in OHT Tyre Sales, Tyre Maintenance, Wheel Sales, or Mining Equipment Sales.
  4. Strong understanding of industrial and earthmover equipment applications.
  5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and manage field-based business development activities.
  7. BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
