Senior Tele-Executive – Fashion & Textile Industry
Job Description
We are looking for a highly professional Senior Tele-Executive with experience in the fashion, textile, or merchandising industry. The candidate will be responsible for daily communication with apparel brands, export houses, garment manufacturers, and buying houses regarding fabric requirements, orders, developments, deliveries, and upcoming seasonal collections.
The ideal candidate should understand fashion industry requirements, communicate confidently in fluent English, and professionally handle client relationships through calls and follow-ups.
This role is focused on new business development through calling, understanding buyer requirements, and offering suitable fabric qualities according to the brand's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call apparel brands, export houses, garment factories, and buying houses daily
- Understand upcoming seasonal requirements, trends, and fabric needs of brands
- Communicate with clients regarding orders, developments, deliveries, and follow-ups
- Analyze buyer requirements and recommend suitable fabric qualities
- Explain company products, fabric capabilities, and manufacturing strengths professionally
- Develop new business opportunities through telecalling and client communication
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential buyers
- Coordinate with merchandising and Surat production teams for developments and updates
- Maintain proper CRM records, follow-up schedules, and client communication reports
- Arrange meetings and connect senior management with prospective clients when required
Skills Required:
- Excellent spoken and written English communication
- Strong experience in telecalling, client handling, and business development
- Understanding of fashion, textiles, garment manufacturing, and merchandising
- Ability to professionally handle senior-level buyers and sourcing teams
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of Excel, email communication, and CRM systems
- Pleasant, professional, and confident personality with sweet communication skills
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 5–10 years of experience in textile/fashion industry telecalling or merchandising communication
- Experience dealing with apparel brands, export houses, and garment manufacturers
- Strong understanding of fabrics, sourcing, and garment industry terminology
- Candidates from textile merchandising, buying houses, or fashion communication backgrounds preferred
