Job Description- Build and automate workflows supporting equity trading operations.
- Manage data pipelines, reconciliations, and operational reporting processes.
- Partner with trading, risk, and operations teams to solve business challenges.
- Use Python, SQL, and AI tools to improve efficiency and reliability.
The Successful Applicant
A successful applicant will have:
- Strong understanding of equity trading operations, including broker feeds, reconciliations, positions, and P&L workflows.
- Hands-on Python and SQL experience building ETL pipelines, automation, and reporting solutions.
- Ability to design reliable end-to-end workflows, identify failure points, and improve operational resilience.
- Experience partnering with trading, operations, and risk teams to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions (3-6 years).
- A permanent role in the financial services industry in Mumbai.
