Head - Quality Assurance : Automotive Electronics

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Primary focus on manufacturing quality across all production lines
• Manage daily operations of the Quality Assurance department
• Maintain and continuously improve quality programs, including ISO 9001:2008 compliance
• Lead efforts to meet customer expectations through quality improvements
• Develop departmental capabilities to align with evolving product and customer demands
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and other teams to resolve quality issues
• Implement corrective and preventive actions based on root cause analysis
• Oversee quality audits, inspections, and documentation
