• Provide special assistance to passengers with disabilities or special needs
• Ensure the boarding gate area is clean and organized at all times

• Maintain a high level of safety and security at the boarding gate area
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures at all times.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary airport security clearance.
