As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth and efficient operations at the airport.

• Greet and assist passengers at check-in, boarding gates, and baggage claim areas
• Handle ticketing, reservations, and inquiries from passengers
• Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures
• Assist with boarding and disembarkation of passengers
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient flight operations
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information to passengers
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Basic computer skills
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy luggage when needed
