Role Overview
We're looking for a performance-driven video editor who understands how content works on social media not just how to edit, but how to retain attention and drive results.
Key Responsibilities- Edit raw footage into high-quality reels, ads, and social media videos
- Add music, transitions, sound effects, and motion graphics
- Optimize videos for Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
- Support and run video-based ad campaigns (Meta/Google)
- Perform colour correction and basic sound editing
- Manage and organize video files and project workflows
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with the team on campaign execution
- Knowledge of Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro (After Effects is a plus)
- Understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience retention
- Basic knowledge of running ads and budget handling
- Strong technical/computer handling skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Execution-focused mindset (less talk, more output)
- Ownership & accountability for work delivered
- Ability to solve problems independently
- Willingness to learn and improve fast
- Professional attitude and reliability
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Freshers welcome if portfolio proves capability
- Prior experience in social media editing is a plus
