Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – US MarketLocation: Onsite (Vadodara)
Shift: US Shift (Night Shift-5pm to 3am)

Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to generate leads, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth in the US market. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end sales activities including prospecting, outreach, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the US market
- Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Schedule meetings and demos with potential clients
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, delivery)
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (US market preferred)
- Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal & written)
- Experience in cold calling and email outreach
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Experience in B2B sales (SaaS / IT / Logistics)
- Prior experience handling US clients
- Understanding of sales funnel and lead generation strategies
- Number of qualified leads generated
- Meetings / demos scheduled
- Conversion rate
- Revenue generated
