Role Overview
The Luxury Brand Communication Manager will be the face and voice of Novella — driving client relationships, strategic collaborations, storytelling, and brand positioning. This role requires someone with exceptional emotional intelligence, strong communication, luxury understanding, and the ability to convert conversations into business outcomes.You will work directly with UHNI families, designers, planners, venues, influencers, and global partners to strengthen Novella's presence as the Rolls Royce of the wedding industry.
Key Responsibilities- Build, manage, and nurture relationships with clients, UHNI/HNI families, planners, venues, designers, and luxury partners.
- Lead client onboarding journeys through high-touch communication and storytelling.
- Drive revenue growth by converting inquiries into premium bookings through emotional narrative building.
- Represent Novella at luxury events, meetings, wedding fairs, and brand gatherings.
- Collaborate with influencers, luxury media, vendors, and industry leaders for brand visibility.
- Work closely with the founder for brand presentations, investor pitches, and partnership meetings.
- Create strategic brand communication frameworks and maintain consistency across all touchpoints.
- Identify new collaboration opportunities with luxury venues, planners, and designers.
- Oversee client delight initiatives and maintain Novella's luxury guest experience at the highest standards.
- Track and report performance metrics (lead quality, conversion, relationship depth, collaboration success).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams — sales, creative, production, PR — to maintain operational alignment.
- Maintain a luxury tone in every message, meeting, and communication.
- Handle last-minute meetings, dynamic scheduling, and high-pressure conversations with composure.
- Experience in luxury, communication, client relations, hospitality, or wedding industry preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong storytelling ability.
- Emotionally intelligent, well-spoken, polished, and confident with UHNI clientele.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations, late-night interactions, and dynamic work requirements.
- Strong networking instincts; ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
- Understanding of luxury brands, consumer psychology, and premium client expectations.
- Open to travel for meetings, weddings, and collaboration opportunities.
- Comfortable with multi-tasking, on-ground presence, and handling multiple clients simultaneously.
- Passion for weddings, storytelling, luxury experiences, and brand-building.
