Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager / Senior Manager / AVP – Ad Sales, based in Mumbai.
The candidate will be responsible for driving advertising revenue through direct client acquisition and agency partnerships.
The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and managing relationships with advertisers, media agencies, brand marketing teams, and key decision-makers.
The candidate will be responsible for selling Think Result's suite of solutions, including Programmatic Advertising, CTV & OTT Advertising, Rich Media, Audience Intelligence, Contextual Advertising, and Performance Marketing.
The role will involve managing the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, client meetings, proposal development, presentations, commercial negotiations, campaign closures, revenue forecasting, and account growth. The candidate will work closely with internal strategy, operations, and client success teams to ensure successful campaign delivery and long-term client partnerships.
Qualifications- 3–10 years of experience in Digital Media Sales, AdTech Sales, Programmatic Sales, OTT / CTV Sales, Publisher Sales, Agency Sales, TV Ad Sales, or Digital Agency Business Development.
- Strong relationships with media agencies, advertisers, brand marketing teams, and industry stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to independently drive meetings, pitches, negotiations, and closures.
- Experience working with Digital Publishers, OTT Platforms, Ad Networks, Programmatic Platforms, Media Agencies, Television Networks, Audience/Data Platforms, or Marketing Technology Companies will be preferred.
