What will you do:

• Marketing Strategy & Execution
• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive footfall, sales, and brand visibility across all retail stores.
• Plan and execute campaigns tailored to regional and customer segment needs.
• Monitor marketing ROI and refine strategies to ensure maximum impact.
• Category Management
• Oversee category planning and assortment strategies to optimize inventory and drive sales.
• Analyze consumer behavior and market trends to identify opportunities for new product categories or enhancements.
• Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to ensure the availability of high demand products.
• Pricing Strategy:
• Develop dynamic pricing models to ensure competitiveness while maintaining profitability.
• Conduct market research to understand price sensitivity and competitor pricing strategies.
• Regularly review and adjust pricing strategies based on performance metrics and market trends.
• Growth and Monetization:
• Identify and implement new revenue streams, such as exclusive partnerships, loyalty programs, and bundled offers.
• Set and monitor growth targets, ensuring alignment with the organization's broader objectives.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
• Regularly report performance metrics and insights to senior leadership.

What we are looking for :

• 4-5 years of experience in marketing, category management, or pricing strategy, preferably in the retail or FMCG sector.
• Proven track record of driving growth and delivering measurable results.
• Pedigree from a good college ;like IIMs/ IITs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership skills with a knack for driving collaboration across teams
