Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and motivated Client Relationship Manager (Immigration Sales) who can connect with clients, understand their immigration needs, and guide them through the visa process. The person will be responsible for speaking with potential clients, explaining available immigration options, handling their queries, and converting enquiries into successful applications.

Responsibilities:

• Talk to clients and understand their requirements for immigration services.
• Explain visa processes, eligibility, and services in a clear way.
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings.
• Build a good relationship with clients and provide regular updates.
• Handle client questions and provide proper solutions.
• Coordinate with the documentation and processing team.
• Maintain client records and update CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Customer handling and sales experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to build trust with clients.
• Basic knowledge of immigration/visa services is an advantage.

Experience:

Freshers can apply if they have good communication skills. Candidates with experience in immigration, sales, consultancy, or customer service will be preferred.

Salary: Fixed salary + attractive incentives based on performance.
