Job Description

Responsible for generating business for private jet charters, helicopter charters, air ambulance services, and aviation-related solutions. The role focuses on lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities and charter inquiries.
  • Develop relationships with corporate clients, HNIs, travel agencies, hospitals, and government organizations.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
  • Negotiate and close charter bookings.
  • Maintain client relationships and ensure repeat business.
  • Coordinate with operations teams for seamless charter execution.
  • Track sales pipeline and maintain CRM records.
  • Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation, or related field.
  • MBA preferred.
Experience
  • 2–8 years of experience in the industry.
Skills Required
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Client relationship management.
  • Sales and business development expertise.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
