Position: Sales ExecutiveLocation: Mohali, Punjab (In-Office)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (fixed) + performance-based incentives
Role Summary
We are seeking a result-oriented Sales Executive responsible for driving sales for astrology consultations and courses. The role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into customers while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Connect with prospective clients through calls, chats, and in-office coordination
- Present and explain astrology services and course offerings effectively
- Convert leads into paying customers
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and client engagement
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions
- 5% commission on revenue below ₹1,00,000
- 10% commission on revenue above ₹1,00,000
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in sales is preferred
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Basic understanding of astrology services will be an added advantage
