Role Overview: We are looking for a highly responsible, delivery-oriented SEO & Performance Marketing Specialist who can independently manage and execute all digital marketing activities across organic and paid channels. This role is execution-heavy and requires a candidate who can own the complete delivery cycle, from understanding client requirements to planning, implementing, optimizing, and reporting results.

  • The ideal candidate should be self-driven, analytical, and capable of working independently without operational backup. While initial guidance will be provided to understand client requirements and business goals, the candidate will be expected to take full ownership of strategy execution, campaign management, and performance improvement.
  • This position requires someone who can prioritize tasks, manage multiple marketing platforms, and consistently deliver measurable results to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Conduct complete technical SEO audits including crawl analysis, indexing issues, sitemap validation, robots.txt, and broken links.
  • Perform on-page optimization including meta tags, headers (H1-H6), internal linking, and content optimization.
  • Manage location-based and city-specific SEO pages.
  • Perform keyword research focusing on commercial intent and location-based keywords.
  • Monitor keyword rankings and organic performance improvements.
  • Improve site architecture and internal linking strategy.
  • Coordinate with developers or content teams for SEO implementation when required.
  1. Content & Blog Strategy
  • Plan and execute monthly SEO blog strategies (minimum 6 blogs per month).
  • Perform keyword mapping and search intent analysis.
  • Ensure all blogs and landing pages are SEO optimized before publishing.
  • Track blog performance and organic traffic growth.
  1. Performance Marketing (Paid Ads)
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads Search campaigns focused on lead generation.
  • Handle region-specific campaigns (India, UAE, KSA).
  • Support TikTok Ads campaign setup and optimization.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize CPC, CTR, conversions, and ROI.
  • Improve campaign performance and cost efficiency.
  1. Video & Social Media Coordination
  • Manage YouTube uploads and SEO optimization.
  • Support short-form content strategy including YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok.
  • Ensure marketing creatives align with campaign objectives.
  1. Email Marketing
  • Plan and execute monthly email marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and conversion performance.
  1. Analytics & Reporting
  • Manage Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) setup.
  • Track SEO and paid campaign performance through dashboards.
  • Conduct weekly performance analysis.
  • Prepare monthly marketing performance reports for clients.
Work Ownership & Expectations
  • The candidate must independently manage and execute assigned projects.
  • Once client requirements are explained, the candidate must plan and deliver the work without requiring constant supervision.
  • The role requires strong accountability for campaign results and marketing deliverables.
  • The candidate should be capable of handling multiple platforms and deliverin outcomes within timelines.
  • This is a client-delivery role, where the candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all digital marketing activities are executed efficiently.
Required Skills
  • Strong knowledge of Technical SEO and On-page SEO
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads campaign management
  • Experience using GA4, GTM, and Google Search Console
  • Strong expertise in keyword research and content optimization
  • Understanding of lead generation funnels and performance marketing
