This position is intended for candidates who have consistently achieved improvements in rankings, increased website traffic, and generated leads, with the ability to clearly demonstrate their impact through data.
You will be responsible for full ownership of SEO, covering everything from identifying high-intent keyword opportunities, enhancing technical SEO health, building authority, to converting traffic into qualified leads. This is a leadership role requiring full accountability for organic performance metrics and ongoing optimization driven by data insights.
The ideal candidate recognizes that modern SEO combines technical expertise, content strategy, and data analysis. You should be proficient with tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, and more importantly, skilled at interpreting data, developing hypotheses, and conducting experiments that deliver measurable growth.
Collaboration with the Social Media Marketing and design teams is important, but you will be expected to lead SEO strategy and make key decisions. A strong sense of ownership, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize high-impact initiatives over low-value tasks are essential.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize on-page SEO elements including meta tags, headings, content, internal linking, and image alt text
- Implement off-page SEO strategies such as link building, outreach, and local SEO
- Perform technical SEO audits addressing crawl errors, broken links, site speed, mobile usability, and structured data
- Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools to monitor performance
- Track keyword rankings, website traffic, and conversion metrics
- Analyze competitors and uncover new growth opportunities
- Work closely with content, design, and development teams
- Create comprehensive SEO reports that include actionable recommendations
Desired Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Diploma or certification in Digital Marketing, Branding, or Influencer Marketing
- Strong understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook
- Familiarity with AI tools and automation technologies such as Generative AI and ChatGPT
- 2-4 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing
- Proven success managing campaigns, partnerships, and driving brand growth
- Experience building scalable content systems and automation workflows
