We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Airport Customer Service Executive.

As an Airport Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to passengers and ensuring a smooth and efficient travel experience.
You will be the first point of contact for passengers, assisting them with check-in, baggage handling, and boarding procedures.

You will also handle any customer inquiries or complaints and provide timely and effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist passengers at the airport check-in counters
  • Process passenger tickets and handle baggage check-in
  • Ensure compliance with all airport security and safety regulations
  • Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and cancellations
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Liaise with other airport departments and airlines to ensure a smooth travel experience for passengers
  • Handle any special requests or accommodations for passengers, such as wheelchair assistance or special meals
  • Assist with boarding procedures and ensure all passengers are boarded on time
  • Maintain a high level of customer service at all times
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions for ticket sales and excess baggage fees
  • Keep accurate records of all transactions and passenger information
  • Handle any other duties as assigned by the Airport Manager.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the aviation industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and difficult customers with patience and professionalism
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of ticketing systems
  • Willingness to work in a shift-based schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Fluency in English and knowledge of other languages is a plus
  • Must have a positive attitude and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
