e are looking for talented professionals to join our Customer Support & Sales team supporting customers.
Location: BTM LayoutShift: US Shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls for customer support
- Assist customers with product-related queries and technical concerns
- Upsell and cross-sell photoshop products/services based on customer needs
- Work on customer retention by resolving concerns and improving experience
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure long-term engagement
- Meet sales, quality, and performance targets
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduates or Undergraduates
- Minimum 1 year experience in Voice Process (BPO/Customer Support/Sales)
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: Up to 6.5 LPA (CTC)
